In 2021, in the context of the COVID health emergency, Ixchel was born as an initiative to monitor the health status of Cántaro Azul employees and accompany them in their medical care processes. Given the challenges observed in health services, the need arises to create a health support model, as a way to provide information and support to people to improve their transit through public health services.
